Jay Kelly is the current owner of Pulse Tattoo International and if you know me, you know Pulse and you know Jay Kelly.
This frame is his, and was manufactured by AMR and was gifted to me.
I finished it and built it and tattooed with it. I want to steal this vise but I'm not a fucking biter.
